Best synthetic puffy ever.
LOVE this jacket! I'm 6'2 and bought XL for extra movement and layering when snowboarding. Pros: The synthetic fill is the best I've ever felt, I honestly thought it was down fill. I love that it stays warm and holds its lofty puffiness when in wet snow conditions. My other Sitka down jacket loses its loft quickly in the arms and back when I start perspiring from a morning of hiking or snowboarding. But's it's so soft a cozy. I often just wear a t-shirt or thin base layer under it if I'm just staring around a camp fire. It's very warm and the hand and chin backings are super soft. Cons: My only complaint is that it doesn't have a well placed hood draw string for windy conditions. The single draw string on the hood is more a retention string for side to side movement of your head. And the outer fabric is very delicate, I know its gonna snag and tear on a tree branch one of these days....I personally wish it was a little bit thicker like on my wife's Expedition down jacket.

Great jacket
It's a great jacket for cold, wet winters. The fact that it is not down makes it more resistant to rain but no less warm. It is essentially the budget proposition instead of the EXPEDITION DOWN LITE JACKET. I wish it had an adjustable hood. In terms of size, it is more comfortable with the corresponding EXPEDITION

Warmest jacket I own
The description is a bit off. This thing is huge! Quite heavy and very bulky. That said, it’s by far the warmest jacket I own. I love it. Very warm and cozy. Fantastic belay parka for cold weather. The synthetic insulation is a game changer. No more down feathers pocking through. Very lofty and warm.

Mid winter jacket
Just received this jacket and I love it. The synthetic filling is excellent, feels exactly like down. Two hand warmer pockets and one inside pocket. The fit is great with a long back to keep you warm, the hood is excellent too. Great piece of kit to keep me warm in damp and wet conditions. Ticks all the boxes. Great 10/10.
