Consistently great shoe
Consistent great fit and great shoe for this 4th or 5th pair. Uppers never wear out. Eventually just wear the tread down on the sole.

Excellent, comfortable, truly wp hiking shoes
Wore my new Merrell 3’s on a recent trip to New England, which included some moderately difficult hiking trails as well as a day of rain. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and were also great for hiking with excellent traction and breathability. They lived up to their waterproof billing as well, with my feet being bone dry after walking around for hours in the rain. I’m very pleased with these shoes and would highly recommend them.

Everything I was hoping for
Fit excellent. Vibram sole requires a bit of break-in. Have some spine and hair issues and this is the first all-weather shoe I can walk comfortably in.

Well built, quality!
I have purchased Moab boots for years, recently purchased Moab 3. They are very comfortable and durable. The soles have never worn out or come apart on any of my boots made by Merrell. Quality! Will purchase as long as they make them!!

Newer sole construction not the same
II bought these last December as the Moab foot base works for a fracture in his foot, however these soles are not the same as the Moab 2’s and will need to find something different when they wear out. He can definitely tell the difference
