Wolf Tooth MK0 ALT XC pedal cuts weight without losing platform
The Wolf Tooth MK0 ALT XC Clipless Pedal is the second generation of the ALT platform, and it drops 49g of weight without giving up any platform size. A diamond-like carbon coating on the titanium axle replaces the previous stainless steel, cutting weight right at the pedal's rotating core instead of thinning the body wall. That approach freed Wolf Tooth to grow the contact platform in the same redesign, giving the shoe more surface to push against through every pedal stroke.
