Like them but …
I like them but they aren’t as comfortable as my other NB fresh foam trail v3….I like the higher arch support and the wider shoe of the V3 more….

Comfy and stable
Great trekking shoe. Stable footbed. Comfy sole. Easy to wear.

Great for hiking, bit snug
I’m a senior who hikes about 6 miles every day. Nothing treacherous so hiking boots are overkill but I need something with good traction, so I decided to try these. They work great for light hiking! I’ve walked 4 straight days now (6 miles each) and they are comfortable. Pros: Soles are thick (I don’t feel every little rock I step on), spongy, springy, and very grippy. Cons: I’ve noticed that NB shoes have been running bit smaller recently and that seems to be case for these. Not enough to size up but they feel snug. Arch support could be higher, too.

Great show overall
The upper on the shoe is kinda tight, but the shoe over all is good. The lower is slightly stiff. But the outsoles is amazing. Vibram also comes clutch

Great overall run shoe
I really like this shoe. It's great on the trail and around the regular track. The toe protect was a little annoying and I have to go up half a size. The cushion is great and helps me spring along on my jog.

Size up half a size
comfy shoe, I’d size up half a size because of the toe protector.

Overall good shoe
Runs smaller than the 860 series. I had to go an entire size up. I like them but be aware that the sides of the sole aren’t really tapered so they’re good at getting your feet into places safely but easier to roll and ankle if you’re a klutz.

Curvy toddler Mom w/recent ACL reconstruction
Love them!! This is my first pair of new balances ever! After I had ACL reconstruction at the ripe age of 35 my recovery has been less than fun. I have hokas and ons, but this stands out at #1 right now for this busy mom with two little under 5 years old. I’m also a curvy plus size mom but extremely active and I will be buying another pair just to keep in my closet!!
