Save your knuckles
How many times have you tried to change a tire with a tight bead only to crack your tire lever? Or worse yet, have you ever caught your knuckles on the wheel as your hand slipped while gripping a lever? That pain alone makes you want to march your wheel to a mechanic and hand over twenty dollars for him to fix it. Crank Brothers' Speedier Lever will save the day, and your knuckles.
The Speedier Lever features a traditional tire lever at one end and hook at the other. However, that's where all similarities cease. Instead of a solid handle, Crank Brothers designed an open loop. By placing your hand in the loop, leverage is gained for those tough-to-remove tires. More importantly, your hand is protected from slipping into the rim or cassette. No slipping means no cut knuckles.
The Crank Brothers' Speedier Lever will become an essential tool in your seatbag. It comes in One size and in Black.

- Q & A
Easy to use
I recently picked up one of these and it is easier to use than a normal tire lever. Still good to have a standard lever around to use hook up to a spoke and use the crankbro's one for removal. The second lever for installation works well. Great tool to have around the house but not ideal for on the trail as its a bit large.
Speedier is betterer.
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
The Speedier tire lever has really changed how I look at flat tires. Until using this lever I hadn't found levers that I had absolutely loved, but the speedier lever changed that. It makes changing flat tires a breeze and protects your hands at the same time. One of my favorite features is the install side that actually clicks on to the rim and then you can just slide it around and get the tire on in no time. Super reliable and strong enough for any job. This is what I take on the trail and also our lever of choice in the bike shop.
GOAT IS GOOD
Can get cheaper tire levers?but many of those break and don?t have the knuckle saving feature this one has. My on-bike tool kit now has a speedier tire lever and an old-school lever so I can break the bead with the old-school lever and then use the speedier lever to pull the bead over the rim and then run the lever around the rim if I need to change a tube or put a tube in on the trail (all my mtn bikes are tubeless).
