What’s New In Ski

This season, some of skiing’s biggest names are getting reworked from the inside out. The K2 Mindbender heads the charge with all-new Dark Matter construction designed to dial in damping, stability, and rebound, while the new Blizzard Canvas and surf-inspired shapes like the Black Crows Vena Cor and Line Poisson bring a looser, more playful feel to the mountain.

Ski Boots

Boots are breaking out of the old mold this season. K2 rebuilt the Anthem from the ground up specifically for women, Atomic’s new Nexus uses a QuickFlip rear lever to make getting in and out easier, and Tecnica Code pairs hard-charging downhill power with a walk mode built for the uphill.

Ski Bindings

Touring bindings keep getting lighter without giving up the ride down. The ATK HY leads the way at just ~675 grams per binding, while the Salomon Shift 2 16 brings hybrid versatility to harder-charging skiers and the redesigned Marker Griffon X 13 sits lower for a more direct connection to your skis.

What’s New In Board

Two cult favorites are getting a serious refresh. The Lib Tech Orca II evolves its legendary volume-shifted shape with a more switch-friendly tail, while the Jones Mind Expander 2.0 gets a new tapered directional shape and 3D-contoured base built to float, slash, and surf its way across the mountain.

Snowboard Boots

Union is stepping up their step-in boots and rethinking how they’re built along the way. Co-designed with pros, the new Reset Pro uses a one-piece Single Frame Shell engineered to maintain consistent flex, while the latest BOA H5 dial lets riders tighten or loosen their fit click by click.

Snowboard Bindings

Fast entry is having a moment. Burton’s Step On ecosystem continues to expand across more brands, while Jones FASE brings near-instant, one-handed entry to a traditional two-strap design with full boot compatibility. Less time strapping in, without giving up the locked-in feel riders expect.
