great shorts, lightweight, length is spot on. bought a pair a year or two ago and sizing must have changed though, new ones are very tight. Size large is just barely big enough for me with a ~34in waist. 33 or 34 waist pants/ shorts is generally my size. probably would go for XL if I get another pair

I snagged two pair of these shorts and absolutely love them! The belt closure took some getting used to but it actually functions better than other shorts I've owned. It's a huge plus being built into the shorts. They are a perfect length to not get in the way when hiking or running (even biking though I wouldn't choose these over dedicated MTB shorts.) Having 2 zipper pockets is an unexpected bonus for activities where things can fall out easily. The fabric itself is comfortable and sturdy. They dry really quick at the beach as well making them work decent for water activities. These will continue to be my go-to summer shorts without question.

I would highly recommend these to anyone, they have quickly become my favorite short. I'm about to use them to walk the Camino Frances, so am putting a lot of trust in them. I just wish they were not so expensive.
