The SRAM Maven lever assembly houses a SwingLink cam that builds braking power progressively as the lever travels, rather than delivering all of that power in one abrupt grab. That progressive build gives a rider more control over exactly how much stopping force gets applied at any point in the pull. The aluminum lever blade offers tool-free reach and contact point adjustment, letting a rider dial in hand position and where the brake starts engaging without reaching for a wrench.
