    Comfy cozy cute

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are so comfortable! While wearing them I can barely tell I have pants on haha. Perfect for lounging around the house as well as going to the grocery store or walking the dog. The inside is very soft. I love the cute cuffs and the striped detail inside the pockets. I fell for the reviews that said this runs large, so I got XS instead of S. They DO fit pretty well, but they almost don't. I have some junk in the trunk and when I first put these on I thought a S would actually be better but I wanted the cuffs to fit the same so I didn't return them. After wearing them for a few weeks and giving them a wash or two, they have stretched out a bit, and I'm quite happy. But I think I could have easily worn a S as well.

Soft, figure flattering, true to size!

In short, the Ahnya pant feels so smooth and it's unnecessary to size down.

These are extremely soft and feel so good. While I only just received mine, I'm sure the quality will be as amazing as my other Patagonia items. The pockets are deep enough that you can actually fit things in, the cuffs are wide to stay put if you roll them, and the spandex makes for a comfortable waistband that doesn't dig into you.

I would be cautious of sizing down however. I'm 5'7 with a very athletic body; I have hips and a butt and I live for comfy pants. Based off many reviews, I bought a medium. I'm not disappointed, but I should have know better since a majority of the reviews were from petite woman..

The mediums are fitted through my thighs, with a big of room in the waist (which is a good thing). They aren't too tight and I can move around in them just fine, but they definitely don't sit on me like they do on the model up there in the photos.

I'm not sure what kind of sweat pants the other reviewers have worn, but sweat pants are suppose to be baggy. That's the whole point of them. A better suggestion than "size down" is to size based off what style you want. The normal baggy feel, regular size. A more form fitted style, size down.

I'll likely keep the mediums because returns are a hassle, but I think I would like the Large size too.

    Welcome to Comfy

So. These pants were reeeally expensive for sweatpants, but I wanted something that looked good but I could feel comfy in. My brother called them modest yoga pants and he's right-they are form fitting enough to make you look good without outlining your butt crack. They are loose enough to maneuver in and do the baseball squat without exposing your rear. I'm 112 pounds and 5'4

    Great quality, definitely runs large!

I just got these in a size small (I am normally between a small and medium in Patagonia clothing) and these are still slightly large in the waist and thighs. If Backcountry sold an XS I would exchange them. However, the fabric is super soft, the quality and construction are high quality and they ankle cuffs are pretty cute. I am 5'5" and the cuffs hit slightly above the ankle so if you are tall I could see how these would hit higher and might not be flattering. I was on the fence about keeping them since they are a little loose and if I don't cinch the waist they slide down. Yet I still recommend them if you are looking for a casual, lightweight sweat pant.

Unless you want to pay to send an item back, make sure you know the right size to order! These pants were too big and I was very disappointed to learn I have to pay 6.99 to send them back! There are plenty of other sites that offer free returns and exchanges that I will use from now on.

So I obsessed over all the reviews of these and bought a small because many said they run a bit large and also stretch out. I'm 5'6, 125lbs w an athletic booty. These looked horrible- exaggerated my hips, and butt looked twice as large as I had remembered it being . A medium
May be a better fit but honestly I'm not going to try them because these just are a silly shape with the cuffs around the bottom which hit me mid calf. Love Patagonia and these are quality fabric and construction. If I looked like the model(if only) in these I would keep them for sure.

    Super comfy and cute!

I love these pants! I originally bought them to lounge around the house in but they are so cute I wear them out to run errands in. I usually wear a size small but bought the XS based on the review and they fit great!

    Fabulous comfy pants

Review from wife: I LOVE these sweatpants. Super comfortable and surprisingly flattering. I typically wear a M in Patagonia and based on other reviews, purchased a S. Right decision as the S fit just right. Would love to have these in every color.

Wow. I've never been so comfy in my entire life. Buy these and you won't regret it. These pants are super soft, they hold its size after washing, and are so comfy! I can't stress how comfy these are.. They run slightly large, so if you're not sure about what size to get, go a size down. They will flatter your booty and legs and will stretch slightly with wear. I can't wait to go home and put these on again!! I'm definitely going to buy a couple more of these in the other colors.

    Great Product for warmer weather.

I read all the reviews before ordering this product. I love it but need something warmer. I may reluctantly return it.
Fits great and I love the color. I got the navy blue but the color is more of a light navy blue. I love the fit at the ankles and the draw string. This product is perfect for the spring and summer months. It's freezing bad where I am now so I just need something warmer. I've only tried it on so I can't comment on wear.
Need to talk to my representative to see if they have something warmer.

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: Runs large

I purchased these as a gift and the recipient loves them but has told me that they do run larger compared to other brands. She normally wares a medium in other brands but she really needed a small in these. She also told me the big pockets are awesome, they are warm, roomy, and perfect for throwing on after coming home from work or lounging around.

My wife loves these mid-weight sweatpants. They keep her warm even when she am walking outside when it is cold. The fit is a little loose but not baggy. Love the extended bands around the ankle.

    Perfect sweats

My wife purchased these pants, here's her review:
I really can't say enough about these pants. I was unsure of how the style would fit for me, but I'm pleased to say that they're flattering for sweats. Deceptively soft, these are the first thing I grab when I get home from a long day at work. Stylish enough that I don't feel like a total slob of I run a quick errand or two in them. Probably runs a little big on the Patagonia scale, but I still purchased my normal size small. Would absolutely buy again.

Sending out a huge THANK YOU! to Backcountry.com and Patagonia for giving me the opportunity to try out and review these pants. It's wonderful to be a member of such an awesome community. Cheers!

    SIZE REFERENCE:

    Bust/Waist/Hips: 33", 25/26", 34.5"

    Dress/Pant Size: 00 / 0 / 24 / 25

I have these in an XS.

FIT: As a regular fit, these understandably run a little big compared to the rest of Patagonia's XS-S-M-L-XL-sized pants (e.g., the Centered or Serenity series). However, because they have a drawcord, I have no problem giving them a quick tie, and they're good to go. I would size down if I could, but having that extra room in a pair of pants is a nice respite from tight yoga wear. If you're, for instance, usually a medium in Patagonia pants, it might be good to try out a small; they are a regular/borderline relaxed fit, not a slim fit.

PERFORMANCE: I have worn the heck out of these, and they have held up phenomenally considering how often I have worn them! I have zero issues with them--the stitching, quality of the fabric, appearance, etc., have all been exactly what I expect from Patagonia as a company--high quality and long-lasting. I wear them probably 3-4 times a week or so, and with fall and winter fast approaching, these are going to be my staple (even more so than now) for returning home after an icy, cold commute. I lounge in them at home, eat bowls of Patagonia Provisions Breakfast Grains in them outside in the front yard in the morning with my dog :) !, do light yoga in them, run errands in them, and though I prefer to climb in synthetic fabrics, these would be absolutely fine for a few burns at the climbing gym. The stretch is ideal in these as well--not so stretchy they feel like a 4-way stretch hiking pant, just a gentle stretch.

WASHING THEM: Washing them is a breeze; however, I ALWAYS use mild detergent and line dry my cotton from Patagonia since it's untreated and organic. I did accidentally throw them in a dryer once, and they were just a bit smaller, but went back to their normal size after a wear.

BOTTOM LINE: Get them. And get them for all the women--and hey, men--in your life, too. They're too comfy to pass up and you can lounge even more happily knowing they are made with organic cotton.

I bought these after I fell in love with the Patagonia Happy Hike Studio pants. They're a similar cut and the most comfortable pants ever. These sweats are cute on and offer up a bit more fashionable look. Great buy!

    Cute, comfy sweats!

I love these sweats because the crop at the bottom is longer than most other sweats with this style. I'm 5'5", 125lbs and got the medium. Comfy, but easily falls off my waist. Will return for small.

      So soft. So big.

Wearing pants is not my favorite thing sometimes....I'm all about maximum comfort, so I'm always on the lookout for a comfy new pair of leggings or sweats. My favorite is when I can find "comfy pants" that I can disguise as "cute pants"--call it athletic chic or whatever, but a great pair of sweats and some trainers with a sleek jacket is a great look if you ask me.

Unfortunately, these didn't give me that great look. Like Sarah S. said, they are BIG, and baggy, and I really need to cinch them up to just keep them on. Yes, I'm a lightweight--5'4" lucky to hit 115lb on a good day, but Patagonia XS has always fit me great until this pair of pants. So for fit and overall look, I really can only give them 2-3 stars.

      So I was bummed.

But then I wore them anyway....and that's when I realized a bit of their magic. They are soft. Like, super duper soft. Like, as someone who owns a lot of "comfy pants"....probably the softest sweats I own. The waistband is wide and doesn't dig in or get annoying after spending the day in them (I'm not the only one spending my day in sweats, right?) They are great for lounging around, and they will probably come with me on every camping trip for the rest of my life. So, FIVE stars for comfort.

If you're a bit bigger than me, I think these could possibly be your new favorite pants. If you're my size, cinch them up tight and don't move too quickly ;)

      Worth the price.

I was waiting for these to go on sale, but they never did! $79 for lounge pants? Pffft. I finally bought them and they are worth it! Very well made and perfect weight for fall. They are full length on me and not floods like on the model (but that's OK!).
