Color is off

Color is really off, it’s more of a dark burnt orange than red. Nice quality hoodie though. What I didn’t appreciate was backcountry issuing a store credit refund instead of the original payment refund even though it met the original packaging and no tags removed standard for a full refund. Had to contact them directly and was told a ‘review’ needed to occur to make sure it was unused. All of that says to me is basically no one checked (or thought that I wouldn’t care) & just wanted to keep the money regardless of your own policy on refunds. Tack on the fact I was sent the wrong item when I originally ordered the hoodie, a women’s jacket, this whole experience has been pretty terrible.

Warm enough but…

Do not wear over a dark colored tee(see photo) Also the white hoodie is whiter than the product photo. Not chalk white as expected
