And, instead of bolting the stand down, a moveable base allows for easy mobility. The small parts compartments let you store nipples, tubular glue, spoke prep, bladed spoke holders, and the like for easy access while the individual spoke wrench holders house your wrenches, so they're exactly where you left them last and not hiding somewhere in your toolbox.
