Insufficient boot bin space

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Great overall, but the boot bin is way too small. I was hoping to store ski boots there, and that absolutely won't work - out looking for some kind of dry bag for the boots now. I believe I ran into marketing that implied it was a good choice of bag for ski trips and similar. The bin is also insufficient for most backpacking trips where my partner and I would look to store no fewer than two sets of boots. I'm disappointed given that the boot bin is what set this apart from other options for me. That said, the bag seems consistent with Osprey's high quality standards, and I'm sure it will serve me well in other ways. If more fabric was added to the boot bin to let it expand further into the main compartment then this bag would likely be perfect.
