Why We Like The Poco Plus Child Carrier
In years to come, your tadpole-turned-frog may not recall what exactly inspired them to take up backpacking so passionately, but we're pretty sure the Osprey Poco Plus Child Carrier will have had something to do with it. Built to last, the Poco Plus caters to all-around fun with its adaptability and overall comfort.
We love that the Poco Plus has a lightweight yet durable aluminum frame that ensures a comfortable ride for both the carrier and the carried, while the AirSpeed backpanel encourages ample ventilation with its 3D tensioned mesh and conforming construction. Beyond an adjustable fit, ventilation, and plenty of padding for you, the Poco Plus includes a fully framed and padded cockpit to keep your little one comfortable. The built-in sunshade, butterfly harness, and adjustable seat (complete with safety leg loops) max out the comfort of your favorite hiking partner.

The best hiking backpack on the market!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
It is worth the extra cost to get this. We hardly used our other hiking backpack because it was so uncomfortable. This Osprey Poco has been amazing! It's lightweight, easy to use, and very adjustable. We got a great deal from Backcountry. Shipping was fast and packaged securely

Great kid carrier

We had a different pack that my wife loves but the kid was going to outgrow it soon and it fit me horribly so we bought this Osprey pack. I?m a bigger guy with big shoulders and it fits me well. The kid is comfortable in it and loves being in it. There?s padding in key spots so he doesn?t smack his head of anything hard. Plenty of places to put stuff, so no need to bring a second pack or a diaper bag. Highly recommended. Only gripe would be I wish the shoulder straps were a bit wider, they dig in slightly, but the more I use it the less I seem to notice any issues.

Love love love!
This is hands down the best child carrier I have owned. It fits both me and my husband very well. Our son falls asleep in it so quick. Its a perfect addition to the family. It takes the weight off your shoulders and back (unlike other carriers) If you?re debating on getting it, just do it!

Love It!

We just got this and have gone on three day hikes. It is immensely comfortable for carrying our 7 month old, we had been using a baby b j o r n front carrier which is great for short bits but would eventually hurt our backs on longer hikes. This carrier doesn?t hurt my husband or my back at all. The baby loves it and talks or sleeps the whole hike. Also love the sun shade. The storage is great also, really looking forward to some longer hikes when summer comes. The only 2 complaints, and maybe we will figure these out with more use, the carrier won?t adjust to the ?Large? setting for my husband, the bars inside are to stiff to let it slide all the way up. And also the straps on the front hips are very long, excessively so, that you have to tuck them in to the front straps so they don?t dangle. Otherwise it?s totally worth every penny, and also backcountry is awesome we got it in 3 days from ordering.
