The La Sportiva Sender GTX Performance Bib Pant runs on Gore-Tex Performance ePE construction rated to 28,000mm of waterproofing and a RET of 13 for breathability, so a wind-blown, wet ascent and a float through waist-deep powder both stay inside what the shell can handle. Side vents let heat escape on a long climb, and articulated knees keep the loose fit moving instead of restricting a stride on the skin track. An elastic back, adjustable suspenders, and hook-and-loop waist tabs dial in the fit without giving up the freedom the bib design is built for.
