Blue Triathlon / TT Bike Pedals

Match the cleat system to your shoes: SPD-SL (Shimano/Look) and Speedplay are the two common standards in tri/TT pedals. SPD-SL pairs naturally with most Shimano road shoes, while Speedplay requires its specific cleats and gives extra float and a double-sided entry for quick engagement.

Lower stack height helps you sit more aerodynamic and transfer power efficiently; the Mid-Foot TT24 is designed as the lowest option. It delivers a sub-12mm positioning advantage and also cuts drag substantially versus other aero pedals.

Power-meter pedals such as the Assioma DUO are accurate to about 1%, making them solid tools for pacing intervals and race efforts. They function like standard clipless pedals so you keep your usual platform and feel while getting reliable power data.

Pedals with double-sided entry, a wide platform, and a low Q-factor speed up clip-ins—Speedplay/Aero and many Shimano models are built for that. Speedplay adds up to 15 degrees of float for forgiving engagement, and Ultegra PD-R8000 is often noted for easy entry and a solid feel.

Durable triathlon pedals combine lightweight carbon bodies (found on Ultegra PD-R8000 and Look Keo) with stainless-steel spindles and sealed bearings for low maintenance. Shimano models also emphasize serviceability, which helps in wet or high-use conditions.
