Blue Snowboard Packages

Snowboard packages bundle a snowboard with bindings and some bundles also include boots; package types include standard binding setups, proprietary Step On click‑in systems, and splitboard packages for backcountry use.

Step On systems are proprietary click‑in binding mechanisms that require compatible Step On boots, whereas traditional setups use strap bindings and work with lace or BOA boots.

Board width and length affect float in powder and maneuverability and are typically chosen based on rider height and weight; boot sizing is critical for comfort and performance, and you should confirm boot and binding compatibility.

Key specs include flex rating for forgiveness versus responsiveness, shape and camber for turn initiation and float, weight for touring effort, and materials like core, base/edge, and binding construction that influence durability, speed, and edge hold.

Splitboard packages are designed for backcountry use by separating into two skis for uphill travel; for touring also consider boot weight and flex, pack integration, and compatibility with avalanche safety gear.
