Great for many activities
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
My wife does many different activities (training for a half marathon, kick boxing, weight training...) and these shoes seem to be her go to. She said that the are very light, comfortable and true to size. Her shoe size is a size 7 or 7.5 depending on the brand. She went with the 7.5 and they fit great.
- Height: 5'4"
- Weight: 110lbs
These are by far my favorite running shoes! They are so light and have a great spring to them. They don't make my knees and hips hurt like other shoes i've had. Highly recommend these shoes.
For my mom
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Fit: True to size
- Height: 5'10"
- Weight: 120lbs
My mom recently joined a running group and I wanted to get her new running shoes to replace the old ones she had. She had mentioned Brooks on a few occasions, so those are the ones I bought her. She loves them! She says she's never had a running shoe that fits better and preforms better on the trail. She runs ~5 miles at a time on packed dirt trails, so I'm not sure how these due on pavement or for longer distances. They run true to size.
I bought these Brooks Launch 4 Running Shoes for my wife and she loves them. She's an avid runner and had the following to say - 'My second pair of Brooks and they keep getting better. They are extremely light but have enough tread and support for me to run of different trail types - both paved and more rugged. For me it's the perfect running shoe for versatility.'
