    5 Stars all the way!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is such an awesome training tool. Allows me to work on my form and I feel streamline in the pool. It does keep my hips in a raised position which causes me to focus on efficiency in pool. I ordered a medium and i'm a size 31-32 hip.

    Blueseventy Core Shorts

I've been using these shorts for over a year and absolutely love them! I ordered size medium and they fit perfectly. I use them for every pool swim I do, about 3 times per week. I have replaced the pool buoy 100%. They give excellent flotation which allows me to kick along with focusing on swim mechanics. Best investment I've ever made for swimming.

This is my second pair of wetsuit shorts, however these are by far the best. First, the fit is perfect and just as advertised on the Blueseventy website. These shorts function just as a pull buoy or as I swim in my wetsuit. I noticed right away a major increase in speed as I did a few 100meter repeats. For a intermediate swimmer as myself the shorts really allow me to work on my form as I will be swimming during races in my wetsuit.

Throughout my week of use the comfort is still the same. No chaffing or anything.

I highly recommend this product to your swim arsenal.

      Throw Away The Pull Buoy

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: Runs small

blueseventy's core short is so money you don't even know it. Much more buoyant then a pull buoy while allowing a natural kick and flip turning. For triathletes the perfect wetsuit simulation tool with no concerns for overheating. For swimmers an exciting new training tool to improve body position and strength. A must for swimmers.

      Wetsuit simulation

This is a really cool product. I use them about once a week in a pool. I usually use them during pull sessions, recovery workouts when my legs are toast, and sometimes just for a fast wetsuit simulation session. I also took these shorts to Cali and swam in the warm open water. I liked the feeling of having the added buoyancy out in the open water.

      Core shorts helped my confidence

I am someone who really struggles with swimming, specifically with my body position...My coach is alway telling me to raise my hips. This core short works like a pull buoy but better because it allows me to kick. It has really helped me focus on my stroke and build my confidence in the water.
