They sent the wrong graphic

I ordered the clay w Ozark Trail Club and photo of mountains. I got clay, and they fit and feel great… but back country and their poor quality control sent a pair of clay but with an entirely different graphic (one not show here). It’s a photo of a helmet and the words “can’t break my vibe.” I would have never ordered something like this. In order to return it, they wanted to make me pay them for another pair and refund after I returned (for their mistake). My trip was the following day so I had no choice but to keep the shorts. Back country has pushed back on providing any sort of discount… so now I’m stuck w $50 shorts that I like but that have a stupid graphic I would never actually wear. Very poor QC and CX. Will be finding a new site to order my gear from, this is the last straw. Bearded Goat is great- the mix up in graphics and failure to remedy the situation was terrible. I put blame on BC
