Test-Ridden Before We Leave

Your tech rides your bike before handing it back, so it's dialed the moment you clip in.

How It Works

Step One: Pick your package. Choose Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

Step 2: Get your code. We email a unique service code after checkout.

Step 3: Book on Velofix.com. Pick a time and place. The van comes to your bike.

About velofix

velofix turned the bike shop into a van and put it on the road. Instead of hauling your bike across the town and waiting days to get it back, a certified mechanic brings the shop to your door—fully stocked, fully equipped, and on your schedule.

Today, velofix has joined the Backcountry family of brands. Our team continues to serve riders in cities across North America, from quick safety checks to full overhauls.
