What do you think about this product?

These panniers are very durable and dependable (unlike some other brands)! They hold all my things and more when I commute around town. I appreciate the sleek design and reflective material that helps keep me visible. They attach easily to my bike rack and stay in place. I would definitely recommend them!

what bike rack are you using i want these but want to get more info on what rack they will fit

They hold a lot of gear, are lightweight empty, have super reflectors built in, and fit on my specialized AWOL perfectly. Only con- I wish they had outside and inner hand straps so you could hold these like a grocery bag. If I have a lot of weight and bring them inside, the balance is off and it's awkward. The shoulder strap is just to much material to deal with and pack/find again inside the bag.

Have you had them detach on you when riding yet? How long did the bag last you until you developed holes in the "Water proof bag?" The shoulder strap is the lest of my concerns

Great bag. Well built.
Great material and construction. Laptop sleeve won't fit most laptops. Magnets and frame clips are definitely strong even on the roughest rides in. In the future I'll probably upgrade the shoulder strap to something a little more comfortable - seems very minimum viable product.

Bag is great, attachment not so much.

It's crushing for me to have to give this Thule product such a low rating. I have other Thule products that I love and are brilliantly engineered. Purchased and used this on an 8 day 330 mile tour of the Old West and Painted Hills Scenic Bikeways in Oregon. Overall the bags seem to be durable and well made. The weak point of this product is the magnet attachment system. Pros: -Attachment and removal from my Thule Pack n Pedal rack was a breeze. I read one review about the bags falling off...I think this is taken care of by giving the bags a wiggle to make sure they are securely attached. -Had one rainy day and it kept my gear dry. One bag was rolled 3x on top and the other 2x. -Once set up with full magnet power the bag to magnet connection was quite secure and would rarely separate except for the most severe bumps. Cons: -Before my tour I discovered each magnet connector had only 1 magnet inside instead of 2. This is probably just a quality control issue but a very important one. I had purchased additional Pack n Pedal Pannier Magnets to set up a second rack. These each contained 2 magnets. With 2 magnets the bag felt much more secure. -After my first day on the road when I removed one of the bags to set up camp the magnet bracket was loose and rotated. I got my hex tool out to tighten it and with only one more rotation of the tightening bolt the mechanism snapped. Thankfully I carry a roll of 1" Gorrilla Tape for situations like this. Wrapped it up good and it held for the final 7 days of the tour. -After a little over 100 miles one of the magnet contact points had worn through the bag. Gorrilla came through again as a patch to stop the bleeding. -Not a real big deal but something to note...Drybag style roll closure is a little difficult to work with in colder temps. The bag material is soft and pliable at warmer temps but when it's cold it was difficult to seal and roll. Unfortunately I'm going look elsewhere for a good touring pannier. This would probably be a good bag for casual commuters. If you should choose to go with this make sure each of your magnet brackets have 2 magnets in them. There should be a magnet on each side of the tightening bolt.

I also had similar problems. Agreed: Magnetic attachment not strong enough to firmly attach. Materials on pannier are not durable enough to withstand normal wear from the abrasion of the magnet. A bump in the road can cause the bag to detach from the magnet, pivot up and then down with the bag hitting spokes at the bottom. the bag can detach entirely. This has happened to me a number of times. And yes I checked to see if it was properly attached it was. Unreliable and dangerous. I wonder when someone is going to get killed from one of these bags detaching into the wheel when riding fast. The more weight you carry in the bag the more likely this is to happen. Back to the drawing board. Shame on you for Thule for putting a product on the market that is so poorly tested and dangerous..
