Great jacket, timeless

New style is very cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This season's Thermoball jacket is much cuter than in the last two years. In the 2023 jacket, the sleeve shape looked out of proportion to the rest of the jacket. This version solves that problem. It also feels more plush and puffy. Pockets are nice and large, thumb loops are great! Cons: it runs on the small side, and the collar is very stiff in front, due to the snaps attaching the hood. Larger sizes sell out quickly in black!

May need to grab a size up earlier next year before sold out

Loved it, but needed a different size which sold out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the jacket (would give 5 stars), but it was too small. The North Face online doesn't do exchanges, so when I went to purchase the next size up it was SOLD OUT! Very disappointing since it was on sale!!
