    Don't limit your style.

Friends and family have come to expect the usual flannel-and-jeans combo from you, but they'll never see The North Face Men's Fort Point Flannel Jacket coming. Combining the easy-wearing comfort of a flannel with the warmth of a jacket, this lightly insulated jacket is the ideal companion for any post-mountain activity. Flip it to the flannel side when you walk yourself to the nearest barstool for a post-ski pint, and then flip it back to the water-resistant nylon face when you need the extra protection during those snowy walks back home. The relaxed fit leaves room for baselayers, or an extra flannel when you really want to blow some minds, and the adjustable hem gives you the option to cinch it tight when you need to.

    Nice shacket, but...

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: S
    • Height: 5'8"

Its a really nice lightweight jacket for spring/fall weather, but the jacket runs large. I'm 5'8, 150 and the small was still quite large, at least for my style/taste. If you like the over-sized jacket look, this might be for you.

    Get one size smaller

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

All I can say is definitely get one size smaller. I usually wear a L sometimes M rarely XL but this thing is humongous for a L. I had to return it and get a M instead. Other than that it's a pretty nice looking jacket. I've worn a lot of North Face product but they were definitely way off on the sizing for this jacket.

    Stylin'

    • Size Bought: Medium

SIZE DOWN!! It took me a couple tries to get the sizing right. I normally wear a L or XL in The North Face products and had to size down to a Medium in this jacket. Once you do get the fit down it is a stellar jacket and I have worn it almost every day since purchase. Warm, Blocks wind, I have hiked and climbed it in.

The shirt is well-made. But the sizing is a little off compared to north face stuffI have one in the past. The sleeves are 3 inches too long and its low past the waist, kind of a dress. Maybe I'll try down 1 size
