Love this bag

Love the size. Read a multitude of reviews on YouTube and TikTok. People complain the side pocket is too slim to fit anything but I was able to fit a reg 16 oz plastic water bottle in there. I'm using it for the gym and purchased a magnet hook to attach it to the machines while I work out. It fits my IPad Air 10.9 inch just fine.

Backpack but mini

It was cute, basically the exact same as the backpack but mini. Because of this i found the fit to be a little bit awkward looking. It looked like i was wearing a children's backpack. Other than that the pack was very cute in theory.

Love!

I got this for my trip to Disneyland and it actually fit a lot in it! I fit a full reusable water bottle, a couple pouches, wallet, keys, and snacks in it. I was also worried about it getting dirty after a week but it's still clean! It's my go-to gym bag now!

It's convenient if you only have a few things

It's a small backpack with a decent amount of room. A bit expensive and the side pockets are too small for phones and water bottles, so almost no utility there.

My Favorite Bag, Replaces My Purse

I love these little backpacks! I REALLY wanted some shade of brown last year for a neutral, so I was so glad to see the khaki stone color available. I use these in place of a purse, and I can pack even more than I would in a crossbody or shoulder bag, and I can hardly feel it on my back due the the wide, padded straps, and the bag itself weighs next to nothing. They're adorable, and come in so many pretty color choices. They look outdoorsy/adventure-y if that's your style, and they seem durable. I even put a few pins on mine to make it my own. Hands down, my favorite bag I've ever had! I'll use these as long as they make them available!

I have one in grey

I have had this Borealis mini in grey for over 7 years. It has been to Universal, Disney World three times, Ireland, Mackinac Island, and now goes twice weekly to my local zoo where I volunteer. I get lots of compliments and people telling me they are excited to see the mini version as they own the full size. Just walked by a North Face store and there is the full size. I guess it's time to post a review.

Khaki Stone looks mustard yellow

Going to return this mini backpack that I bought in the Khaki Stone color. I thought the color looked more mustard yellow in-person than online. Will probably order it in the black.

I LOVE THIS BAG!

I have used this bag every day since I purchased it and I love! I am able to fit my phone, notebook, reading book, IPad, wallet and other essentials inside pockets and main compartment with space left over. I also love that I can clip my 32oz Nalgene to bag and carry my water with me. I would definite commend this bag for everyday use and day hikes.

The (almost) perfect little backpack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not one to write reviews but I truly love this little thing. It's not so big that it feels weird to bring it out for casual errands and going around town, but it's roomy enough that you can pack the essentials for a day trip or short travel. The tablet sleeve fits my ipad pro and it even has a little bit of a false bottom to keep it secure. The gardenia white is a really nice off-white that goes with everything (I haven't had it long enough to see how dirty it gets.) Only downside is that the side pockets, especially the smaller one, aren't super useful because they're too small but that's understandable on such a small backpack.
