Why We Like The Alta Vista Jacket
When we decide a little weather can’t stop us from ticking off a summit from our trekking list, we zip into the Lata Vista Jacket knowing that it will help us adapt to whatever we face. The DryVent 2.5L membrane offers impressive waterproof protection to get us through the storm while simultaneously helping us vent our body heat, and the jacket stows into its own pocket once the skies clear.

Perfect versatile weather jacket
Totally loving my Northface Alta Vista jacket! It's been perfect for my trip to Canada where the morning weather has been cool, with a bit of rain threats! It's been perfect when the weather changes to warmer and windy! So glad I purchased it as my travel jacket!

I would always buy a North Face product vs another product.
I was very please with the response in addition to how fast and easy the service department was at North Face. They notified me that they would replace my jacket and sent me a refund within two weeks. I bought a new jacket and I'm very pleased with it.

Yes I would!
I have worn my rain jacket a couple times now and I was nice and dry. I will be taking it to Alaska and will be able to layer a jacket underneath if needed!

Sleazy "SALE" pricing!
No idea what the jacket is like - the sleazy way North Face sets things up, it appears that things are on sale when they are not - such was the case of this jacket. We returned the whole thing and bought something else in protest!
