Why We Like The Ultra Adventure Hat

Sharing our passion for the outdoors with our little ones is one of our greatest joys, and the Ultra Adventure Hat helps us get out with them even if the weather is less than ideal. From dreary fishing trips on the Pacific coast to Moab’s blaring sun, the Adventure Hat keeps your little trekker protected. Our favorite feature is the 5.5inch rear cape that extends past the collar of the jacket, letting water drip down the exterior of the jacket rather than down our back.

  • Rain cap keeps your tiny hiker protected from the elements
  • Reflective details enhance visibility to motorists
  • Cinch strap keeps the hat in place in windy conditions
  • Wicking mesh liner supplies excellent moisture management
  • UPF 50+ rating protects your skin from harmful UV rays
  • Packable design can easily be stashed in a pack or jacket pocket
  • DWR fabric finish sheds moisture from light precipitation
  • Item #SDYF00T

Great sun coverage

Great hat for outdoor activities like trail walking or kayaking. Both my kids love the breezy feeling and 360° sweatband inside the hat to stay cool on super sunny hot days.

Hats for life!

We love Sunday Afternoons hats, it is one of the few brands that I recommend to other parents. We just sized up to the larger size and love all the features and sun coverage!! Our kids have been wearing these for years and will keep wearing them for years!

Yep another happy pinhead adult

Thankful for Sunday kid’s hats! They fit my small head great and I love they are made with the same care and quality as the adult hats.

So great we came back for more!

This is our second Ultra Adventure Hat purchase. First one was outgrown and stayed in beautiful condition, even after packing, folding, and stuffing into backpacks. We are looking forward for this hat to last just as long.

Not Just for Kids

I am 66 years old and have always had a hard time finding a hat small enough to fit my 21” head. I now have 3 Sunday Afternoon Kids hats and they all fit great. My latest is the Kids Ultra Adventure, size M. It will be great when I’m working outside in the sun or when hiking.

Kids Adventure Hat

Incredibly comfortable and light hat. Blocks sun. Provides shade. Will buy another one. Want a white one.
