The Air Trak Grid Lite T5/T7 TLR XC Tire is built for exactly that purpose, delivering exceptional rolling speed for hardpack cross-country courses. Designed by Specialized with input from elite racers, it keeps us accelerating quickly out of corners and carrying momentum through every section of trail.

The tread uses a tightly spaced center pattern paired with the GRIPTON dual T5/T7 compound to balance speed and traction. The T5 compound rolls quickly on straights while the T7 compound on the shoulder knobs adds cornering grip when we push the bike harder into turns. Grid Lite casing keeps weight low while reinforcing the sidewalls for durability and stability, and the tubeless-ready construction helps us run lower pressures for added traction and flat resistance on race courses.
