Great classes, terrible warranty

I purchased these two replace an older pair that I had. The nose piece on my last pair disintegrated and I contacted Smith customer service to file a warranty claim they denied it telling me that I had abused the glasses said I’m very very careful of my glasses and always take great care of them, they offered me a 20% off coupon for a full priced pair which still is way too expensive for what they are. I’ll stick to buying other brands from now on.
