Super cute ski socks!

Great look, bad pair, Customer Service quick to remedy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was defective from factory: one sock was incredibly tight, the top was sewn improperly. Smartwool's customer service assessed the issue and gave me options for a refund or send a new, properly manufactured pair. I chose the latter and the new pair arrived within days and fit well.
