Counterintuitive, game-changing comfort

I am a 53 yo endurance cyclist weighing 215lbs. My pursuit of a perfect saddle ends with the F30C si! With a quality padded bib short, this saddle is perfection for me. It remains comfortable after 100+ mile rides. After a proper bike fit, I went down the rabbit hole of saddle selection. I went through the full line of Fizik saddles. I also tried the Specialized Power Mirror. The Fizik Tempo Argo was quite good (the Power rubbed by thigh and became uncomfortable after 50 miles). I almost stopped my search at the Tempo Argo, but decided to try the F30C s.i. It is hands down more comfortable. That said, I did need to experiment a bit with saddle layback and tit (I run mine with nose slightly up).
