Go To Gym Shoe

I've been climbing in the regular Origin's for a long time and love the fit. I was excited to try the new Origin VS with it being toted as a gym shoe. I purchased the same size as my Origins, and the fit is slightly different. Since the original Origin features a leather upper, it's probably shaped to my foot over time so trying the VS out of the box it makes sense that the fit would feel more snug. That said, they still fit great and the single strap makes taking them on and off a breeze. What I am MOST happy with though, is the rubber! It is SO sticky and the sensitivity higher than the original making it excellent for the gym and finding the micro features on the holds. They breathe well enough that I can keep them on for an hour without feeling uncomfortable. And they look super cool! For sizing, I wear a street size of 11.5 but wear a 10.3 (43.5 euro) in Scarpa. Toes are slightly curled but not uncomfortable when standing on flat ground.
