Drift, power, and finesse in the deepest snow — the S/Lab QST X is built for it
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying
"I've skied a lot of big-mountain powder skis, and the QST X is something else. The extra rocker makes it float in deep snow without feeling vague when you need to commit to a line. Cork inserts in the tip and tail take the chatter out on variable snow, and it's lighter than you'd expect for a ski this capable. When the forecast calls for a foot overnight, this is the one I'm reaching for."
Advanced to Expert Freeride Skiers
The S/Lab QST X is built for experienced skiers who chase powder days and steep, technical terrain. It suits riders confident enough to push into deep snow and demanding conditions, and who want a ski that responds precisely when the mountain gets serious.
Deep Powder and Steep Freeride Terrain
This ski lives in the backcountry and on the mountain's most demanding faces. With its freeride rocker profile and lightweight construction, it's optimized for high-speed powder runs, steep chutes, and variable snow where drift, power, and control all need to show up at once.
Lightweight Freeride Build with Cork Damping
The S/Lab QST X pairs a Karuba/Poplar Woodcore with Flax/Carbon Superlight Fibers to keep weight down without sacrificing responsiveness. Cork Damplifier inserts in the tip and tail absorb vibration in rough and variable snow, while the all-new freeride profile adds more rocker for improved float. Recycled ABS sidewalls and a double sidewall construction round out a ski engineered to perform at the top end of freeride skiing.
