Claras Are My All-Time Favorite Shoe
My Claras are my all-time favorite shoe. Though the Oro version is my all-time favorite version of this shoe, the Clove Ocampo is the easiest to care for and the most low-maintenance. It literally goes with everything and if it gets dirty, you simply clean it by brushing it off with a stiff horsehair brush and a suede eraser. I do use some mink oil on the stacked heel and outsole and from time to time I take out the laces and re-wax them because I'm a freak about keeping my boots beautiful. Claras are so comfortable that I wear them about 3 or 4 times a week. I wear them with dresses, jeans, skirts, shorts, ... literally everything. You can wear them with western styles, modern, hipster, business, casual, hippie, or literally any other style you want, they go with everything. They are so versatile. The top of the boot has a super soft leather lining so if you choose not to wear a boot sock you can even wear them with tights and they are still comfortable so long as you wear a sock of some kind to line them in the foot. They are not overly hot but they are plenty warm when you need them to be when wearing socks. They have non-slip soles so they aren't loud when you walk like most boots of this style are. The stack heel makes them super stable. When they are laced up they stabilize your heel in a way that makes them feel really great to walk in. I own this shoe in every color it comes in. Mine required no time to break in. I know this is not typical for most people but I have high arches and somewhat narrow feet so for me, this shoe is just built for me. Since I've been wearing them I feel like my legs, hips and back are getting stronger and feel so much less tired at the end of the day. I could literally wear these shoes every day. When I wear them, I get complements about either my boots or my calves (or both) everywhere I go, from both men and women, and for a women my age (I'm 45), this is something I'm really not used to. These boots boost my confidence and make me want to take better care of myself and have even made it more fun picking my outfits out. I know this is a lot to say about a pair of boots but these boots have really changed my life in a weird way.

Perfect boot for any outfit
I LOVE these boots! they are perfect and super fitting for most outfits. BUT breaking in these boots are so hard! DO NOT wear these all day immediately after buying, also they might seem to small at first but they stretch to your foot! do not size up because these are tight!

Love these
I love these shoes, tho within 6 months the shank broke in both of the shoes and would make a popping sound/feel every time I walked. I got them replaced under the warranty (amazing) but then the same issue happened with my current pair, and I'm just dealing with it. These were easy to break in, and still really comfortable! I do have a pair of Thursday boots that are more than half the price, and just as great quality, so idk if I can suggest investing in these with the issues I've had and the price.

The most comfortable healed boot!
I am obsessed with these shoes. I am an ex dancer who has really bad feet and little to no padding left, so wearing anything healed is really challenging. I currently work on a flower farm and really wanted to have a work boot with a feminine twist. These are perfect! I can pull a ten hour day and my feet are fine! They’re also the most most well-made shoes I own. The quality of so many shoe companies these days is just bad and disappointing and I feel like Red Wings is just as good as ever! Plus! They’re super easy to clean up after mud and scratches often happen at the farm. I have begun wearing them outside of work, which wasn’t the plan! Could not recommend enough and I never write reviews!

Can’t live without
These are literally the best boots I’ve ever purchased. I have super sensitive, flat feet where sneakers are uncomfortable. I can confidently say that I wear these babies all day and walk miles in them. They are super high quality. I love how you can tell they were hand made with love.

High quality leather - Great to break in
I have slightly wide feet (so most heels are ver uncomfortable) and I was worried that the boots would not be comfortable or be painful to stretch out. Not so! They have been very easy to break in (much better than doc martins) and the leather is obviously very high quality. The lugs on the front part if the shoes are great because I wear them while at my retail job. 8 hours on the concrete and I can even wear them after my shift! 10/10 expensive, but worth the money.

High quality and true to size
These are very high quality boots that run true to size. That said know the actual width of your foot before trying to cram a D into a B and then writing a nasty review because it doesn’t fit! This isn’t Cinderella, you can just buy the right sized boot!

Comfortable and great looking

Beautiful Boot but sadly won't stretch out
I purchased the Black Claras and love them after they stretched out (took about 2 weeks). So I decided to get the Oro Claras but they won't stretch at all - the leather is too stiff. Love the look, but can't wear them. Don't waste your money.
