Get low, go fast.
Poc designed the Do Low Sunglasses to stay on your face and increase contrast when you're riding singletrack, but the style's totally legit when you're grabbing a beer post-ride or just hanging at the beach, too. The impact-resistant NXT lenses are scratch- and glare-resistant, and they've also been doused with a Ripel oleophobic and hydrophobic treatment to resist smearing, dirt, and water. Even the adjustable nose pads are hydrophilic, so the lightweight and rugged grilamid frame won't slide off your mug when you start to sweat.

Not what I expected !!!
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Height: 5'8"
- Weight: 190lbs
A pair of $200+ sunglasses should come protected in a premium quality case, not a plastic baggy. To my surprise, this very expensive glasses came only with bag and place inside the box of the helmet that I also bought. Apart from that, the product is top quality, although does not fit underneath the POC Tectal as smooth as I expected.
Good All Around
- Fit: True to size
Great product from POC, they go well with my Octal, I can wear them over straps with loose straps. Primary issue is where the top hits my brow, sweat comes out of the helmet and tends to pool starting at the top of the sunglasses, it either dries here or drips down, I end up cleaning them more than I'd like throughout a ride.
What Could Have Been....
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs small
The glass and design are excellent, exactly what I would have expected from POC; however, they were purchased to be worn with the POC Orbital and they don't stay in place when worn with the glass arms OUTSIDE of the helmet straps. Perhaps this is an issue with the helmet and not the glasses. I would have stayed with my Oakley Jawbones had I known that the glasses aren't wide enough to cover the helmet strap. Either way, they provide great field of vision and breath surprisingly well given that they have one small slot at the top of the lens. They're funky enough to be worn when not cycling as well, comes with a lens cleaner bag and neat hard case that when thrown into the gear bag delivers peace of mind about the safety of your specs.
What is the chemical that requires the prop 65 warning? BPA? Was going to get them until I saw the warning.
