An excellent starter set for beginners.

Rack up with the Petzl Djinn Axess Quickdraw - 6-Pack for your first outdoor crag climbing adventure and you won't be disappointed. This pack consists of six Djinn Axess Quickdraws that ease beginning climbers into lead climbing with its simple, durable, and reliable structure. While the upper Djinn carabiner has a straight gate to facilitate clipping bolts, the lower Djinn carbiner has a bent gate in order to help you efficiently clip your rope so you can quickly climb on. Both carabiners have a wide contact surface for better rope glide and reduced wear, and the keylock system prevents snagging for easy cleaning. The Axess dogbone has polyester webbing that remains stiff in order to help you clip, and the String insert on the end prevents the sling from moving around when you clip it.

    • Djinn carabiners: upper straight gate upper and lower bent gate

    Great value for money!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these recently - my first set of quickdraws - and I am really happy with them. Relative to other draws on the cheaper end of the spectrum that I have tried, they have great gate action and are quite light despite being really solid. I strongly recommend them to anybody looking to buy high quality 'draws at an affordable price.

    LOVE these draws!

These are the first set of draws I have ever owned. These are awesome for sport climbing, they are are very easy to clip into the bolt and clip the rope in to. The two different color ways is great for organizing your harness so you know what end is for the rope and bolt.

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

These draws are stiff and light, I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for avoiding draw trouble during a climb. They stay untwisted and that helps with easy clipping, making for faster climbing and less pump. I wish they came with wire gates, just to make them even easier to use, but these are great either way.

      Favorite draws

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've had these draws for several years now and they are fantastic. They are plenty light enough for the majority of uses, but feel bomber. I've used them on all sorts of sport climbs and have never been disappointed. I will for sure buy more in the future.

      Classic Draws

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Really can't go wrong with these draws. They come at a great price and are very sturdy. Slightly larger beaners make for easy clipping and the gates are very smooth. Hop on the Djinn bus.

      Peace of mind

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These bad boys are perfect for beginner sport climbing. Very stiff so it's easy to handle. The carabiners have a solid action on them, my favorite thing about these draws is the small divot on the gate of the hangar side biner, your finger hooks onto it perfectly for an easy clip

      An easy clip

I bought these quickdraws because of their aesthetic appeal, they're beautiful. Plus, you can't go wrong with Petzl, top notch and always dependable. The quickdraws also work very well, about average in weight. The gates on the biners are a perfect design, they really make clipping a breeze.

        kinda bigger but easy clipping

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

they aren't too heavy and are kinda bigger. really easy to clip into. i liked them so much i bought an additional pack.

Smooth transitions from harness to bolt

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Got into climbing this summer and these quickdraws have been awesome. I just bought another 6 pack. While holding onto a crimp and reaching for my draw it is effortless to un-clip from my harness and clip to the bolt. The curved back of the carabiner make for a wide opening and the bent gate on the rope side makes for easy clipping. I would recommend these to anyone!

Smooth transitions from harness to bolt

        A little hard to clip

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These draws are really well made and feel bomber! I love everything about them except I still haven't gotten use to clipping the rope in. When I am getting pumped, it feels like the bottom caribeaner requires a tiny bit more pressure to open compared to other draws.

        My favorite draw

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Whether you're new to sport climbing or crushing 5.12s, good draws are a coveted item. The Petzl Djinn is about the same price you'd find most 6-packs but a far better option. The bent spine makes grabbing that pesky draw much easier and it even has a larger gate than their older models. Clipping won't be an issue with these and considering how lightweight they are, neither will getting up to the bolt.
