My first foray into Patagonia, love it

This was actually the first Patagonia product I ever bought, and I had no idea what to expect on purchase. After months of wearing it and keeping it in the top of my drawer -- I actually own 4 more! The responsibili-T cotton is so soft, and it feels great to wear; it's got a very sturdy and comforting feel, without feeling bulky or overly heavy. It's such a unique-feeling material, and it keeps me warm on cool days, without making me sweat on hot ones. The shirts look great on their own and pair well with everything. It does run a little big, but I think the slightly boxy / relaxed fit works well on most guys (I bought these in size M, since that's what I normally buy from other brands, but you can tell it has a relaxed fit on me). If you're on the cusp of two sizes (I'm between an S and and M), I would recommend sizing down for a more "traditional" fit, and sizing up for a "boxy" fit. Regardless, the shoulders and top of chest fit well regardless of size, so it's mostly down to the torso! You can't go wrong either way, honestly.

Versatile shirt

I absolutely love this shirt. The cotton blend (50% cotton 50% polyester) provides a great feel with the sweat wicking of polyester. Additionally you can use this shirt for hiking but also wear it for a dressier casual outfit.

Ridiculous sizing

I ordered a large, and it's closer to a 3XL. The quality is great, but it's pretty absurdly large. I own many other Patagonia shirts and the sizing on this one is bizarre.

Love it
Bought this for son in law, he said it was comfortable and great design but slightly runs large compared to other Patagonia shirts.
