Good construction, but it's really
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good construction, but it's really only good for removing the pizza from the oven. Metal is not a good "release" material for an uncooked pizza to slide off into the oven.

Good peel good quality

Okay, but not sturdy enough for heavy 16” pies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice peel, but the connection between the handle and the peel feels weak/flimsy. I would not trust it to hold a fully loaded 16” pizza without a little extra support. I compared it to another 16” peel from a local restaurant supply store and it did not have the same issue due to a much larger contact area between the handle and peel, with three large rivets making the connection.

sticky and burns
