Great choice for long walks
Very comfortable, light and soft. Great for walking in nature! I wear NB in size US 10 (41.5) and it fits perfectly.

Fresh foam X Hiero v8
Good urban runners for more cushioning on cement. But not good on hilly trails with roots and rocks, particularly going down because of lack of support.

Comfy and cushioned
They fit a little odd at first, but after my first walk I decided I loved them. They are very comfy, and have a lot of cushion. They feel like I’m walking on a cloud. I usually wear an 8 in running shoes and the 8 fit nicely, so true to size. Only downside is I can’t slip them on like my last 2 pairs, you have to sit down and tie them (sigh). I just hope they hold up. My last pairs of Nike and Adidas got holes in them (expensive running shoes mind you) before 1 years use. Hence giving New Balance a try. Here’s hoping these can hold up to 1 year of use.

Very comfortable!
‘Love my new Hierro v8s! I’m usually size 7.5 Regular with Nikes went 7.5 Wide on these, and they fit perfectly! No sardined toes. No pain nor discomfort even after a full-day walking excursion, much to my surprise. Got the licorice colorway and it’s really more wine red than licorice. Paired nicely with my maroon top.

A sneaker worth having.
This sneaker looks great. It is not bulky looking and is lightweight! The comfort of the sneaker is amazing. I wore them for my vacation. Did a lot of walking and my feet felt great at the end of the day.

WW not Wide!
I was super hopeful about these sneakers as I can't find other hiking sneakers in WW. However these did not seem wide at all!! They seemed like regular width!

Not X-Wide
I ordered the X-Wide. These absolutely were not x-wide, not even wide. They were very narrow and tight

Best all-terrain tread!
The traction on the soles of these tennis shoes is fabulous! All terrain for sure: gravel, marble, sandstone, sand, dirt, large rocks, etc. walked , hiked all over ancient ruins in Turkey and Greece. My shoes provided the stability I needed most for this rigorous walking trip!
