It streches out, it comes back together - exactly how one would expect.
This shock cord did exactly what it was advertised to do. It was plenty of cord to re-do my entire Hubba Hubba NX tent with a bunch left over. 10/10, would buy again (in 10 years when this stuff wears out).

shock cord too big for my hubba bubba tent
I watched the instruction video over and over and found it unuseful and DIFFICULT to replace the shock cord. I never did get the replacement done and am now going to look for a replacement cord that is smaller in dynamiter.

Great service, advice, and instructions!
Service and advice were perfect. The instructions were super easy to follow. We needed the cord due to damage to the tent, poles, and cords in a massive windstorm. The folks here saved us a ton of money by telling us there was no need to replace everything as the repairs were easy. Many thanks.

New life into an old pole.
I've re-threaded a number of poles. This kit made it as easy as it could be. It comes with a plastic clamp to hold the end.
