Great Warmth and Amazing Fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 5'6 very busty and have broad shoulders. I always buy the men's jackets to have a good fit in the chest and shoulders. I love the length of the arms on this jacket. I have long arms and usually I struggle to cover my wrists. This jacket fits my arms, shoulders and chest perfectly. I get cold easily, so I love how toasty warm this jacket keeps me and it has really nice depth in the pockets. As always, the color is absolutely beautiful and vibrant. I got an orange color that may be called Cairo. I am obsessed with this color and have a coat, and two marmot jackets in this color.

Pretty nice
Relatively warm but not super warm. Lightweight jacket. Has lots of cold spots due to design. Looks good. Runs very small.

The best synthetic jacket I've used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an excellent puffer. I mostly use it for rock climbing and skiing, and it's the best puffer I have for both of those activities. The big things for me are the fit and articulation. The athletic fit is just right to fit over a hoodie or fleece, and still seats really well under a shell jacket. I do have a very athletic frame, so it's perfect and doesn't get in the way. Second is that the way the baffling works, is that the insulation baffles are set back from the face fabric and only attach to it at the seams you see in the photos. This means that rips and tears are going to be much easier to repair since they likely won't immediately start dumping insulation. More importantly, the jacket is able to bend and flex between baffles, which gives it the most articulation I've ever had in a puffer. I can easily put my arms above my head, bend them at weird angles to execute a sidepull, or lean over to adjust my ski boots without feeling any pulling or catching. That alone is very valuable to me as someone who does very dynamic outdoor activities. I found that the WarmCube system did a good job at trapping heat for static periods, like between burns at a bouldering problem or while sitting on the chairlift. The underarms are very lightly insulated, so when on its own or under a shell jacket with pit zips, I was able to dump heat and allow by base/fleece layers to wick moisture effectively. I found that it handled the heat I generated during high-output periods better than the other synthetic (or down) puffers that I've used before. The hood is well designed, and even without being adjustable, it fit my (large) head perfectly and seats under a climbing/skiing helmet if need be. The sleeves similarly stayed where I put them on my arms, and didn't slip into the way when I was climbing. With proper care I expect this to last at least half a dozen seasons, which will provide a lot of value. The jacket isn't cheap, but if you engage in a lot of high-output outdoor activities, especially stop-and-go ones, this is the jacket to get.

Perfect winter hiking jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore this jacket during a trip to Japan in December, which included a time in the cities and a three day hike. Light snow one day, temps in the 30s and 40s the rest of the time. The jacket was really comfortable throughout. I layered a sweater underneath when I wasn't moving as much and stayed warm throughout. Really nice jacket!

Just what I expected
Jacket has tighter fit. More of an athletic fit. certainly adds to the warmth of jacket though. Not a sub zero jacket, but can get you through winter months with layers. Outer shell material is a lighter grade. But trade off is lighter jacket overall, just not going to avoid rips if you are rougher on jackets. Overall, it is exactly what I ordered.
