That construction carries a hiker through a long approach and keeps working once the terrain turns into an actual climb, without a layer swap in between. An elastic hood, cuffs, and hem lock the fit down through all of it, and a Polygiene treatment keeps the hoody feeling fresh no matter how long the day runs.
