Arms are too tight

I love the weight and fabric but I made the mistake of ordering an extra small which I usually do with baggier style clothing. It didn't work out with this jacket, the arms were super tight (I don't lift or have bigger arms than average) and the rest was baggy and gave it a strange look. The look and the discomfort of the tight arms weren't worth the price for me and I returned it. I will probably size up if I repurchase.

I like it, but the arms are a bit tight, Loose everywhere else and I purchased a small. I suppose my arms are thick. I’m into it.
