awesome filter
A simple straightforward design. and because of its simplicity its a great design. pour water in from any source and have water to drink ready to go. there's nothing like this on the market and this is great to have as a peace of mind. also good for everyday household use.

Used for years
I've used one of these for many years in the Alaska bush for work. Thrown them in planes, boats, and cars. I've filtered glacial silk water, heavy tannin water, water with known beaver populations, streams going through the annual algal bloom, salmon spawn water, etc and this thing has remained undefeated. Keep the filters clean and they can last many years. Keep spare filters in case you break them as they are somewhat fragile.

Good to have for an emergency
I did a lot of research before going with ceramic over a charcoal type filter. The ceramic filter lasts longer and does not need to be replaced if it dries out. I am keeping this for emergencies.

Great Product
I've used this model for 5 years now and it's been flawless and if properly kept clean has produced clean flavorless water. Trusted my health with this many times.
