Cut a little smaller

They're such cute boots and well made. Look exactlyyyy like the pictures , BUT cut extremely small. My daughter currently wears an 8, transitioning to a size 9 so I got the 9 and they fit EXACT. Real snug on her feet WITHOUT socks, so I can only imagine with. So I'm definitely returning for a larger size.
