Run small!

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it
Size Bought:: 9

The style is OK - love that they're made from recycled materials. But they run very small. I normally wear a 9, and my toes rubbed the end of the shoe. Also the return instructions say return shipping is prepaid, but turns out it's not, so I won't be ordering anything I may need to return from here again!
