Extreme Mess Kit

The GSI Extreme Mess Kit includes one anodized non-stick pot and lid, and a cup and plate—all the cookware you need to prepare and enjoy a meal on your next backpack trip in the Wind Rivers. The hard anodized coating on the Extreme series makes the cooking surface of this pot twice as hard as stainless steel and maintains a quick, even heat transfer. This adds up to faster boil times and more evenly cooked food. The GSI Extreme Mess Kit also features an exterior bracket on the pot and lid so the pot gripper doesn't scratch the interior coating. The lid on the pot doubles as a frying pan, so you can make pancakes for breakfast. GSI also included a polypropylene Cascadian cup and bowl, so you'll have the outdoor kitchenware you need to prepare and enjoy a hot meal in the backcountry.
