Why We Like The Gregory Miko 20L Daypack
Gregory's earth-friendly and hiker-focused construction makes the Miko 20L Daypack one of our favorites for days on the trail. The pack's 20-liter capacity offers plenty of room for extra layers and calorie-dense snacks while we stash our reservoir in a dedicated pocket. But what makes this backpack a hiking hero is the BioSync suspension tech. The channeled back panel, perforated shoulder straps, and flexible hip belt all match our body movements to cut back on hot spots and increase our mileage.

Great Day Pack
Great pack! Fits better than expected. So far no issues, great for one day hikes

I have used it on a few day hikes, 5-8 miles. I was looking for a day pack, around 20L, with a hip belt more than just webbing so the pack didn't move as much at the bottom. I narrowed it down to the fit and feel of the Gregory and two other brands. This one felt the best and had the features I was looking for more than the others. As a day pack the hip belt was what I wanted with two pouches on it for small items or easy snacks. The hip belt is comfortable and could be used for weight distribution if you packed a little more and heavier for kids, or a longer hike with more water and food. Probably the most room in a 20 L pack as well. I like the outer mesh pocket Gregory puts on their packs for easy access of jackets or whatever. The pack has a simple design but enough storage pockets overall. I did not have to adjust the pack, but adjusting the strap height for different torso sizes seems easy with the velcro. The shoulder straps are padded well and they form good when tightened.

Amazing pack!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pack recently and am absolutely loving it. Some of my favorite features are the hip belts, the integration of the Gregory hydration reservoir, the pockets, and the back panel. It is rare to find a 20L pack that has such amazing and comfortable hip belts. Both sides have very nice pockets large enough to hold a phone or some snacks. I recently used this pack on a 20 mile day where I did a mix of hiking and running and never had any discomfort in the hips. The shoulder straps adjust exactly like a high quality backpacking pack allowing for optimal comfort and fine tuning which allows for a perfect fit! One of the defining features of this pack is the integrated hydration reservoir system. The large pocket closest to the handle has a hanger on the top which is designed specifically to hold the Gregory hydration reservoirs. Unlike other packs where the reservoir slides down to the bottom of the pack, this system maintains it vertical and in place no matter the activity level. The back panel like other Gregory packs is extremely breathable and comfortable. This helps maintain the temperature of your water, and has adjustability to make further adjustments to your shoulder straps. Aside from the comfort, adjustability, and thoughtful features, the Miko 20 packs a punch for space. There is enough space to easily pack for an overnight backpacking trip. With the right gear you can easily fit a sleeping bag, pad, shelter, water filter, food, backpacking stove and a light jacket (bag and pad need to be very packable of course). I don't use poles when I hike, but there is an elastic cinch for collapsible poles on the side. Cinch straps on both sides of the frame can also be used for extra gear if needed. The only feature I would maybe add to this pack would be a cinch strap to hold gear on the top of the pack. It is a 20 L pack, so very pleased with all the amazing features it already has. This is an amazing pack and I would recommend it to any one who loves the outdoors and time in the mountains.
