Extremely comfortable climbing shoe
They are a tight squeeze to put on, but once they are on they feel great. Very secure for heel hooks. The toe box feels very solid with perfect amount of stiffness. The elastic over the top of the foot provides most off the security of the fit, I feel like, as I have to use the straps properly. Maybe the straps are not even necessary but I will have the option if the shoe starts to loosen as it is worn. Highly recommended, I much prefer them to the various pairs of scarpa shoes I’ve used and could never find a comfortable range

Fave shoes, but quality has gone down
I love Hiangles — they fit my feet so well. But my last 2 pairs, purchased in 2022 and 2023, lasted only several months. They also failed in an unusual spot - over the toe rand, with a lot of rubber still left on the sole of the toe. My toes blew through both pairs in 4-5 months. For comparison, my older Hiangles are still intact in the toes and have worn down normally (rubber coming off the sole over time).

Excellent shoe, terrible company.
Why would I not recommend this product while giving it 5 stars you may ask? That is because instead of embracing climbing and utilizing the enormous resources has to become the number one climbing shoe brand, Adidas has decided to stop making climbing products and kill possibly the best shoe on the market — the Hiangle. If you work in the climbing department of Five Ten (if it even still exists), step up to the plate and keep this brand alive. Or don’t, maybe you don’t care about this brands potential so you just accept the money your boss gives you before time runs out.

Go by gym climbing shoes
Most satisfied climbing shoes so far, similar fit to Drago LV. Need more time to break in, great work on both bouldering and rope

Finally found the perfect pair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing product. Fits like a glove and easy to break in. Would need more supply though.

Works great, go to shoe
Hiangles have been my go to shoe for a while, still a big fan. The men 7 was sold out so I went for a women 8 and seems to fit relatively similar - usually I think women sizes are 1.5 different but just 1 for this style I believe

Welcomed upgrade from the originals
I have been wearing Five Ten shoes for years; including many generations of the Hiangles. I can say that Adidas have done an excellent job with this shoe and dare I say, these are superior to the very original Five Ten Hiangles (Smurf blues). The fit is excellent; extremely comfortable. The lining on the inside feels so good, perfect amount of softness without making your foot sweaty and gross. There is also that stretchy sock like material at the opening, making it easy to shove your foot in. The split midsole also adds to the ease of entering and exiting the shoe. Performance-wise: they are very similar to the OG Hiangles, which is a very very good thing. They might even perform better.. the Rubber is sticky and remains pretty sticky. I've used them both indoors and outdoors, and haven't have had many doubts in trusting my feet on both smear feet or sharp edges. SIZING: The big debate topic. Reviews are all mixed in terms of sizing so I'm hoping to help. I am a male, and I typically wear a Men's 8/Women's 9.5 in street shoes and have fairly slim/ low volume feet. In the original Hiangles (made in USA, Smurf blue and the women's Pink), I downsized 1.5 from my street shoe, so a men's 6.5/women's 8. BE AWARE: the sizing between men's and women are only a full size difference, unlike 1.5 in the past generations and most other shoes! In these, I started with a women's 8/men's 7. They were nice, but I quickly found them to be a little too comfortable for my liking once broken in. I bought another pair shortly after, Women's 7.5/mens 6.5, significantly better! So 1.5 sizes down, just like the Originals. I required plastic to slip on for the initial wear, but they break in so quickly that plastic was no longer needed after about 5 mins. Within like an hour and the shoes are about properly broken in. In sum, if you're a seasoned climbed and are used to downsizing, don't be shy to go down 1.5 sizes down. If you've been wearing the original Hiangles, you should be fine with the same size. Don't get anything larger! They will stretch. Hope this helps 😘

Runs small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs very small , should say this in description. Feels like a good quality but wasn’t able to use.
