Width and height dimensions are wrong

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

I received this and immediately knew it was smaller than I had remember from looking at the dimension measurements. I used to be really satisfied with Eagle Creek products, but I’m disappointed that the height description is off by 1 inch and width measurement is off by 2 inches.
