    Protect your babies.

Some people have fur babies, others have actual babies, but you? You have ski babies. And you’d certainly do anything you could to protect them. So, when it’s time for your first ski trip across the pond, you make sure to wrap them up in The Db Ski Bag.

Designed to mimic the protective qualities of the human body, the Db shelters your skis or snowboard with ultra-lightweight ABS ribs. An innovative adjustable length system then ensures the bag’s rigidity and creates a perfect and safe fit for your little (or sometimes big) babies. At a maximum length of 205-centimeters, the Db can fit up to two pairs of skis or two snowboards with extra room poles, boots, or a helmet. Two chunky wheels carry the weight as your moving throughout the airport and a hook-up system allows for other Db bags to catch a ride on top. And when you’re finally home after your dream vacation, The Db folds down to a size small enough to stow away inside your closet or stashed under your bed.

The best lightweight ski bag available

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have this bag in the black and yellow color and have used it for the last three winters to transport skis boots poles helmet Googgles backpack ski jacket and pants maxing the bag out to the airline allowable 50lbs. With it's light self weight the bag allows you to transport maximum gear with out incurring overweight penalties. After much use the bag is still like new. I have never had gear damaged in it. It rolls really well on wide set wheels... but I do not recommend using the shoulder strap to pull it along, as the end of the bag will bang off your legs. Cannot recommend this bag highly enough.

Works great, but white looks awful

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

After comparing lots of bags online, went with this one for a three week trip to Japan via planes trains and automobiles. White was the only available color, so that's what I got.
The bag works great - we stuffed skis/boots/poles/skins for two people into it. TSA opened the bag and managed to get it closed again without destroying anything. No damage to the bag or the contents.

The white color though ... on the plus side, this is the only white ski bag I saw on the whole trip, so there was no confusion. But on the minus, it looked filthy from the moment it hit transport. I'm not going to try to keep it clean, but I may spatter it with some multicolored paint.

    It's meh.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought mine a few years ago. Have taken it on one plane ride. The verdict? Several tears. I was pretty disappointed. I'm going to pad my gear with bubble wrap as I'm about to head back out west for another trip. I'm sure I'll have more tears. Positives? It's roomy and you can pack it with your clothes. The bottom velcro is super sturdy. It does roll into a relatively small package for storage when not in use. It's easy to adjust the length for your skis. More negatives: The straps get loose if you walk long distances as it's constantly knocking against your legs and loosening the buckles. And finally, while it gets the job done, for $250+, it's not worth it. It's not particularly protective and DB's customer service is atrocious. They'll always blame you first. I really wanted to like this bag. It was super trendy around the time I bought it. It's just not constructed that well.

    It's meh.

Lightweight, easy to pull at an aiport.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Fit both of my wife's skis and since they are shorter, we utilized the DB function of shortening the bag.

It is a soft bag, so not the best protection. Be careful of that. I actually put one ski in another sleeve, then inside the DB bag for added protection. But it's light around the airports.

We went with white, it got dirty! But still looks cool.
